Privacy Policy

Habit Blocks · Effective October 9, 2026

In short: Habit Blocks collects no personal data. There are no analytics, ads or trackers, and signing in is optional. Your habits live on your device and, if you turn on sync, in your own iCloud account. We never see them.

Who we are

Habit Blocks is made by an independent developer. For any privacy question, write to qurbonshekh@icloud.com.

What we collect

Nothing. Signing in is optional and goes only through Apple (see below). The app sends no analytics or crash reports to us, shows no ads and contains no third-party SDKs. It does not track you across apps or websites and makes no network requests to our servers — we don't have any.

What stays on your device

Your habits, check-ins, notes, moods, challenges and settings.
The name you enter in your profile, if any.
A profile photo, if you choose one. You pick it in the system photo picker; the app only receives that one photo and has no access to the rest of your library.

This data is kept in storage shared only by the app and its widgets. It is included in your device backups. If you delete the app, this data is deleted too.

iCloud sync

When iCloud sync is on (Settings → iCloud sync), your habits, check-ins and challenges are also stored in your private iCloud database so they appear on your other devices. This data belongs to your Apple Account: Apple stores it under the Apple Privacy Policy, and we cannot access it. You can turn sync off at any time; the data on your device stays.

Sign in with Apple

Signing in is optional (Profile or Settings → Sign in with Apple). Apple gives the app an identifier that only works in our apps and, the first time, the name and email you choose to share; with Hide My Email, the email is a relay address. The app keeps them on your device and in your iCloud key-value storage, so your profile shows up on your other devices. They are never sent to us. You can sign out or delete the account at any time in Settings, and stop using Sign in with Apple for Habit Blocks in iPhone Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple.

Widgets, Live Activities, Siri and Shortcuts

Widgets, Live Activities, Control Center controls and Shortcuts show and change data from your device only. When you use Siri, Apple processes the request under its own privacy policy; the app only receives the action to perform, such as which habit to check off.

Notifications

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They are not sent through any server.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple. We never receive your payment details or Apple Account information; the app only learns whether Habit Blocks Pro is active.

Your choices

Export your data at any time as a CSV file: Settings → Export CSV.
Delete everything in the app: Settings → Erase all data. With iCloud sync on, this also removes the data from iCloud and your other devices.
Delete your account: Settings → Delete account. This removes the account and all habits from this device, from iCloud and from your other devices.
Delete iCloud data only: iPhone Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Habit Blocks.

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side — you are always in control on your devices.

Children

Habit Blocks is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.

Что мы собираем

Ничего. Вход необязателен и возможен только через Apple (см. ниже). Приложение не отправляет нам аналитику и отчёты о сбоях, не показывает рекламу и не содержит сторонних SDK. Оно не отслеживает вас в других приложениях и на сайтах и не обращается к нашим серверам — их у нас нет.

Что хранится на устройстве

Привычки, отметки, заметки, настроение, челленджи и настройки.
Имя в профиле, если вы его указали.
Фото профиля, если вы его выбрали. Выбор идёт в системном окне фотографий: приложение получает только это фото и не имеет доступа к остальной медиатеке.

Эти данные лежат в хранилище, общем только для приложения и его виджетов, и попадают в резервные копии устройства. При удалении приложения они удаляются.

Синхронизация iCloud

Если синхронизация включена (Настройки → Синхронизация iCloud), привычки, отметки и челленджи также хранятся в вашей личной базе iCloud и появляются на других ваших устройствах. Эти данные принадлежат вашему Apple ID: их хранит Apple согласно Политике конфиденциальности Apple, у нас к ним доступа нет. Синхронизацию можно выключить в любой момент — данные на устройстве останутся.

Вход через Apple

Входить необязательно (Профиль или Настройки → Вход с Apple). Apple передаёт приложению идентификатор, который работает только в наших приложениях, а при первом входе — имя и почту, которыми вы решите поделиться; с функцией «Скрыть e-mail» это будет адрес-посредник. Приложение хранит их на устройстве и в хранилище ключей iCloud, чтобы профиль появился на других ваших устройствах. Нам они не отправляются. Выйти или удалить аккаунт можно в любой момент в настройках приложения, а перестать использовать вход через Apple для Habit Blocks — в Настройках iPhone → ваше имя → Вход и безопасность → Вход с Apple.

Виджеты, Live Activity, Siri и Команды

Виджеты, Live Activity, элементы Пункта управления и Команды показывают и меняют только данные на вашем устройстве. Запросы к Siri обрабатывает Apple по своей политике; приложение получает лишь действие, например какую привычку отметить.

Уведомления

Напоминания — это локальные уведомления, которые планируются на устройстве и не проходят через серверы.

Покупки

Подписки и покупки обрабатывает Apple. Мы не получаем платёжные данные и сведения о вашем Apple ID; приложение узнаёт лишь, активен ли Habit Blocks Pro.

Ваш выбор

Выгрузить данные в любой момент в CSV: Настройки → Экспорт в CSV.
Удалить всё в приложении: Настройки → Стереть все данные. При включённой синхронизации данные удалятся и из iCloud, и с других устройств.
Удалить аккаунт: Настройки → Удалить аккаунт. Аккаунт и все привычки удалятся с этого устройства, из iCloud и с других ваших устройств.
Удалить только данные в iCloud: Настройки iPhone → ваше имя → iCloud → Управление хранилищем → Habit Blocks.

Мы не храним данные о вас, поэтому с нашей стороны нечего просматривать, исправлять или удалять — всё под вашим контролем на ваших устройствах.

Дети

Habit Blocks подходит для любого возраста и ни о ком не собирает данные, в том числе о детях.

Изменения

Если политика изменится, новая версия будет опубликована на этой странице с новой датой.
